    • How do demo submissions work?

      Artists submit through your portal using a private SoundCloud link. Each track lands in your dashboard ready to play and review.

    • Can artists track their submission status?

      Yes. Every submission has a live status page, and artists also get email updates when your team approves or rejects their demo.

    • Why SoundCloud links only? Can't we accept file uploads?

      Most artists already share demos via private SoundCloud links. And since we never store audio files, we never pass those costs on to you. That's a big part of why the pricing stays low.

    • Can we use our own branding or custom domain?

      Yes. You can customize each portal with your logo, colors, fonts, and messaging. Higher plans also support a custom domain.

    • What happens if we hit the monthly limit?

      Your portal pauses and shows your custom message to incoming artists. You can upgrade at any time or wait for the limit to reset.

    • How do contracts and signing work?

      Upload your contract template, fill in the deal details, and send it out for signing from within Calmo. Each signature includes a full audit trail.
